Ltd are a leading UK water tank liner manufacturer and supplier of EPDM
and Butyl Rubber water tank liners, demountable steel water tank kits,
drinking water tanks and replacement water tank liners. We supply a large range of surface mounted water tanks for water management
in horticulture, agriculture, sports grounds, etc. and for fish keeping
and aquatics. Our tanks have also been supplied to Aid Agencies where compact
shipping and easy erection is essential for setting up emergency water supplies
in disaster areas and irrigation schemes in developing parts of the world.
We
produce a range of liners for a variety of purposes as follows:-
SealEco EPDM (Greenseal) 0.75mm and 1.0mm Water Tank Liners
SealEco
EPDM has exceptional resistance to UV and ozone ageing. With all the
benefits of Butyl and better physical strength, EPDM is the
material of choice for horticultural and sports ground irrigation. We
recommend the use of 1.0mm SealEco EPDM for 4 ring high (3.05m) water storage
tanks.
Butyl 0.75mm and
1.0mm Water Tank Liners
Butyl
is our most expensive rubber for tank lining and for most applications is now superseded by
our SealEco EPDM. Butyl tank liners are available in exactly the same
sizes as the EPDM tank liners and are suitable for any project
where budget restrictions do not apply.
WRc approved Drinking
Water Quality Butyl 1.0mm Liners
This
WRc approved material has been tested to the Water Regulations Advisory
Scheme Standard BS6920 for Odour/Flavour, Appearance of Water, Growth
of Microbes and Extraction of Harmful Substances and passed all tests.

Low Water Storage Tank Kits - Quality construction – easy
onsite installation
Constructed
from cold rolled galvanised steel sections (to BS2989) the tank kits
come complete with a tailor made rubber liner in a choice of 0.75mm
or 1.0mm SealEco EPDM (Greenseal), 0.75mm or 1.0mm Butyl. They provide economical,
permanent water storage solutions with capacities ranging from 1,600
litres to over 865,000 litres. The Tank Kits comprise the required steel
sections and fittings including anchor brackets, wire tensioner, capping
and clips, plus the specified grade of rubber liner.
The
following table lists our standard range of water storage tanks and water
tank liners. Sizes range from 1.83m (6') to 14.63m (48') diameter with
tank heights from 0.76m (2'6") to 3.05m (10'). Please note that we
can supply tanks and liners up to 22m (72') diameter with a maximum capacity
of 865,000 litres.
